Head Coach – Andrew Clark
Head Coach of Dingwall ASC since 2013, Andrew has guided generations of swimmers with passion, purpose, and high standards. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Fitness and a PGDE in Primary Education, he combines technical expertise with a strong teaching background to develop confident, well-rounded swimmers. Andrew remains committed to building a positive, supportive environment where swimmers thrive and enjoyment comes first.
Lead Coach – Emily Finlayson
Emily joined Dingwall ASC in 2015 and quickly became known for her energy, enthusiasm, and strong connection with swimmers of all ages. After returning to the club following time in her role at Skibo Castle, she now plays a key part in shaping the club’s future. Her positivity, encouragement, and attention to detail bring out the best in every swimmer she works with.


Development Coach – Iona Murphy
Joining the coaching team in 2024, Iona brings a calm, encouraging approach and strong technical knowledge, particularly with younger swimmers. With a background in private swim teaching and dance, she has an excellent understanding of movement, coordination, and discipline. Iona’s supportive style makes her a valued role model for developing swimmers.
Development Coach – Grace Ewing
A former Club Captain and one of Dingwall ASC’s most accomplished and decorated swimmers, Grace brings first-hand experience and natural leadership to the coaching team. With over four years of swim teaching experience and thirteen years of competitive swimming under her belt, she combines technical knowledge with empathy, humour, and enthusiasm. Grace is passionate about helping young swimmers build confidence and skill in a positive environment.
